Power Yoga
There is still yoga, so when practicing we start from basic yoga positions / asanas, we are extremely focused on the correct implementation of the technique in order to achieve maximum results.
Overall, the dynamic lesson begins with a short focus on breathing, continues with the training of balance positions, after calming down it is easier to maintain balance and the positions are more effective. Greetings from the sun may or may not be part of the lesson. It serves us for faster warm-up and overall preparation for other positions that train our muscle tension and muscle strength.
